学科简介(Introduction)
信息与通信工程学科于2017年获得一级学科硕士学位授予权,目前有“信号与信息处理”、“通信与信息系统”两个二级学科硕士学位授权点。长期以来,本学科围绕雷达信号与信息处理、水声信号处理、海洋信息智能感知与传输技术、现代通信理论与通信系统、生物医学信号处理等五个研究方向开展科学研究工作。
The discipline of Information and Communication Engineering obtained the right to confer master's degree in the year of 2017, including "signal and information processing" & "communication and information system". For a long time, this discipline has carried out scientific research in five research directions, covering radar signal and information processing, underwater acoustic signal processing, marine information intelligent perception and transmission technology, modern communication theory and communication system, biomedical signal processing.
学科现有研究生导师36人,其中教授12人。五年来,承担国家自然科学基金、国防研究计划、省基础研究计划等高水平研究项目四十余项,在国内同类学科中具有明显的特色和优势。建设了“雷达信号与信息处理”,“船舶通信与导航”、“水声信息与通信”、“生物医学信号处理”等学科实验室,拥有先进的教学、科研和开发设施平台。
At present, in this discipline, there are 36 supervisors including 12 professors. Over the past five years, it has undertaken more than 40 high-level research projects such as the National Natural Science Foundation of China, National Defense Research Plan and Provincial Basic Research Plan, which has obvious characteristics and advantages in the same disciplines in China. It has built some discipline laboratories, such as "radar signal and information processing", "ship communication and navigation", "underwater acoustic information and communication", "biomedical signal processing", with advanced teaching, scientific research and development facilities and platforms.
培养目标(Program Objectives)
本学科遵循教育和人才成长规律,注重研究生科学精神与人文素质的培养。所培养的硕士研究生应具有良好的职业道德和敬业精神,具有科学严谨和求真务实的学习态度和工作作风;掌握信息与通信工程领域坚实的基础理论和系统的专门知识,具有从事科学研究和独立负担专门技术工作的能力;了解本学科相关领域的新技术和发展动态,能够创新性地解决本学科的学术或技术问题;能结合与本学科有关的实际问题进行创新研究,具有较强的自主学习、创新意识和工程实践能力;具有可持续发展意识和自主学习、终身学习的意识和能力。学生毕业后能够胜任研究机构、高等院校和产业部门有关方面的科研、工程开发及管理工作。
The discipline follows the law of education and talent growth, and pays attention to the cultivation of scientific spirit and humanistic quality. After graduated from university, the overseas students should have good professional ethics and professionalism, scientific, rigorous and pragmatic learning attitude and work style. They may master solid basic theories and systematic expertise in the field of Information and Communication Engineering, and has the ability to engage in scientific research and undertake specialized technical work independently. Also, they can understand the new technologies and development trends in related fields of the discipline, and be able to solve the academic or technical problems of the discipline in an innovative way. The students can carry out innovative research in combination with the practical problems related to the discipline, and have a strong sense of independent learning, innovation and engineering practice. Moreover, the students have the sense of sustainable development, independent learning and lifelong learning. After graduated, students can be competent for the research, engineering development and management of research institutions, universities and industrial departments.

学制与学分(Schooling and Credits)
学制(School System)
学制两年,其中,课程学习时间一般为1年,学位论文形成时间一般为1年,在籍年限累计不超过3年(从入学至毕业),在校攻读时间最短不得少于1年。
The length of schooling is two years, in which the course learning time is generally one year, and the dissertation formation time is generally one year. The accumulated years are not more than three years (from enrollment to graduation), and the minimum time of study in the university is not less than one year.
学分(Credits)
在校期间应修满28学分,其中学位课不少于19学分,非学位课不少于9学分。
The oversea graduate students are required to obtain more than 28 credits, including no less than 19 credits for degree courses, and no less than 9 credits for non-degree courses.

(Scientific Research Requirements and Dissertation)
科研要求(Scientific Research Requirements)
硕士留学生应按导师要求参加学术活动,同时鼓励发表学术研究论文。
The oversea graduate students shall attend the research activities according to the supervisor’s requirements. At the same time, the discipline encourages the publication of academic papers in related fields.
学位论文(Dissertation)
论文可以是学术研究/技术报告,也可以是工程设计或案例分析报告。学位论文可以用英文或中文撰写,相应的提供中文或者英文摘要。
The thesis can be either academic research/technical report, or engineering design, or case analysis report. The thesis should be written in either English or Chinese. For the former, the abstract should be written in Chinese; while for the latter, the abstract should be written in English.
学位授予(Degree Authorization)
硕士留学生在申请论文答辩前应符合学分要求。论文答辩通过后授予硕士学位和毕业证书。
The oversea graduate students should meet the credit requirement before applying for the thesis defense. The Master’s degree and the graduation certificate shall be granted after the successful thesis defense.
