The Office of International Cooperation and Exchange of JIANGSU University of Science and Technology is the centralized management and service department of the university's international cooperation and exchange.

School of Overseas Education of JUST is a comprehensive international education and management institution of JUST.

The responsibilities of the International Cooperation and Exchange Branch include:

To formulate rules and regulations and development plans for international cooperation and exchange;

To be responsible for the centralization, coordination and handling of the university's external affairs;

To establish and maintain contacts and cooperation with foreign universities and educational institutions;

Responsible for the negotiation and management of joint training and inter-school exchange programs between the university and overseas universities;

To be responsible for short-term approval and management of foreign personnel coming to China;

To be responsible for the planning and implementation of major foreign affairs activities of the university, and to coordinate and guide foreign affairs activities of the university;

Responsible for the reception and coordination of visiting groups from overseas colleges and universities;

To be responsible for or assist relevant departments in hiring and managing foreign teachers;

To be responsible for the preparation of the annual plan for temporary overseas trips;

To be responsible for the examination and approval of temporary groups going abroad on business, as well as the handling of passports and visas.

To be responsible for the application and management of the school's talent introduction projects;

The responsibilities of the School of Overseas Education include:

To be responsible for the enrollment and teaching management of international students;

Responsible for daily management of international students;

Negotiation and daily management of chinese-foreign cooperative education projects;

Responsible for introducing international quality education resources.
