Registration Period

In accordance with the International Student Admission Notice of JUST, Admitted Students should register at the school of Overseas Education of JUST, and follow the registration schedule as specified. Students who fail to register within 7 days after the deadline will be regarded as giving up the admission.

Registration process:

(1) New students shall come to the university within the registration period specified in the admission letter with relevant admission materials.

(2) Reexamination materials: original passport, original admission notice, JW202 Form (white copy), X1/X2 visa and validity period or residence permit issued by the public security authority, highest degree certificate, original language certificate, original payment documents.

(3) Those who pass the review shall pre-register and check in on site.

(4) 24-hour temporary accommodation application, bulk physical examination appointment, guide and assist freshmen to prepare relevant materials for residence permit application.

(5) Issuing relevant documentation materials such as registration guide for freshmen and handbook for international students.

(6) Guide freshmen to scan codes and join the corresponding class/major wechat group.

(7) Freshmen should complete physical examination, adaptation education and professional education within 2 weeks of registration.
