Issues discussed
1. Team cards: Every team is to present its team card that will include every member's information and a photo attached to it. This is to make identification easy.
2. Team requirements: every team is supposed to list down things that they need e.g. uniforms, balls, training kits, medical kits etc.
3. Budgets: all teams are advised to make budgets and in advance of any sports meeting arrangements they would have made and present them to the managing team.
4. Sports meetings: All teams can arrange activities but there must present proposals in time in order to give the organizing team time to present that proposal to the SOE and prepare for the event. When the time is right and conditions allow, teams can also arrange activities with other schools or universities as long as they get the approval from the SOE.
5. All students must be included in the activities (i.e both male and female)
6. Communication: there always have to be a good communication line to allow the flow of ideas and plans amongst the teams, Department of Sports and the SOE (generally all boards involved with the sports department).
