一、 学科简介(Introduction)
本学科办学历史悠久、行业特色鲜明,是“十三五”国家国防特色学科、“十四五”江苏省重点学科,2015年江苏省硕士学位授权一级学科点评估中获优秀等级,学科支撑的机械设计制造及其自动化专业为国家级一流专业。本学科拥有“机械工程”一级学科硕士学位授权点,覆盖机械制造及其自动化、机械电子工程、机械设计及理论 3 个二级学科硕士点;拥有“机械工程”工程硕士培养领域。本学科紧密围绕国家“海洋强国”战略、江苏省“造船强省”等重大需求和学校建设“国内一流造船大学”目标,建设聚焦于船舶与海工机械装备研发的行业特色型一流学科。
This discipline has a long history and distinctive industry characteristics. It is a national defense characteristic discipline during the 13th Five-Year Plan and a key discipline of Jiangsu Province during the 14th Five-Year Plan. The discipline supports a national first-class specialty entitled mechanical design, manufacturing and automation, and it won the excellent grade in the first-level discipline evaluation of Master Degree Authorization in Jiangsu Province.This discipline has the first-level master's degree authorization program of Mechanical Engineering, covering 3 second-level master's degree programs of mechanical manufacturing and automation, mechatronics engineering, mechanical design and theory, and it has the engineering master's training field of Mechanical Engineering. This discipline focuses on the national marine power strategy, Jiangsu Province shipbuilding province and the goal of building domestic first-class shipbuilding University. We are building a first-class discipline with industry characteristics focusing on the research and development of ship and marine machinery and equipment.
本学科平台完备、人员队伍齐整,极具发展潜力。现有专任教师95人,其中教授17人;拥有双聘院士1人、江苏省优青和突贡专家等省部级高层次人才20余人;拥有省级科技和教学团队 2 个;拥有国家级平台 1个、省部级平台 5 个。在船海机械装备先进制造技术、船海机械装备设计理论与方法、船海机械装备机电控制技术、船海机械装备功能表面设计与制备等方向上,开展了系统的理论与应用研究。近五年,本学科共主持国家重点研发计划等国家级项目27项,省部级项目39项,科研经费总量达 6000 余万元;获国家级科技进步特等奖 1 项(参与)、省部级科技进步奖8项,其他科研成果奖 10 余项;授权发明专利280余件,发表各类研究论文500 余篇(含三大检索论文268余篇),撰写专著5部。本学科积极开展人才培养模式改革,建成有一批江苏省优秀企业研究生工作站和校企共享省级工程技术研究中心。本学科拥有江苏省重点实验室、江苏省船舶与海工机械装备工程研究中心、高价值专利培育示范中心、省级实验教学示范中心和省级实践教育中心,为研究生教学科研实验和项目创新实践提供了良好的装备条件和实验环境。
The discipline has a complete platform and staff team, which has great development potential. There are 95 full-time teachers, including 17 professors. It has more than 20 provincial and ministerial level talents such as one academician with double employment, Jiangsu Youqing and Tugong experts. The discipline has 2 provincial science and teaching teams, one national platform and five provincial and ministerial platforms. Systematic theoretical and applied research has been carried out in the directions of advanced manufacturing technology of ship and marine mechanical equipment, design theory and method of ship and marine mechanical equipment, electromechanical control technology of ship and marine mechanical equipment, design and preparation of functional surface of ship and marine mechanical equipment. In the past five years, the discipline has presided 27 national projects such as national key R & D plans, 39 provincial and ministerial projects, and the total amount of scientific research funds has reached more than 50 million yuan. It also won 1 national special prize for scientific and technological progress (participation), 8 provincial and ministerial scientific and technological progress awards, and more than 10 other scientific research achievements awards. More than 280 invention patents have been authorized, more than 500 research papers (including 268 indexed papers) have been published, and 5 monographs have been written. The discipline actively carried out the reform of talent training mode, and built a number of graduate workstations of excellent enterprises in Jiangsu Province and provincial engineering technology research centers shared by schools and enterprises. This discipline has Jiangsu Key Laboratory, Jiangsu Engineering Laboratory, high-value patent cultivation demonstration center, provincial experimental teaching demonstration center and Provincial Practical Education Center, which provides good equipment conditions and experimental environment for graduate teaching, scientific research experiment and project innovation practice.
本学科一贯重视与海内外的交流与合作,坚持国际化、开放式办学,不断拓宽办学途径,与俄罗斯、乌克兰、美国、日本等国积极开展科研与办学合作,近5 年,共 400 余人次师生参加国际学术会议,并做学术报告,主办或协办国内外会议 20 余次。在国内,注重基础理论和工程应用,先后与海军政治部、中国船舶工业集团公司等单位建立了全面合作关系;与江南造船(集团)有限责任公司、大连船舶重工集团有限公司等一批著名企业建立了长期合作关系,与江苏海狮机械集团有限公司、中船绿洲镇江船舶辅机有限公司等企业建立研究生工作站 36 个,切实提高研究生培养质量。
The discipline has always attached importance to exchanges and cooperation at home and abroad, and adhered to international and open school running. Itcontinuously broadens the ways of running schools, and actively carry out scientific research and school running cooperation with Russia, Ukraine, the United States, Japan and other countries. In recent five years, more than 400 teachers and students participated in international academic conferences, and made academic reports. It also hosted or co-hosted more than 20 conferences at home and abroad. In China, it pays attention to basic theory and engineering application, and has successively established comprehensive cooperative relations with the Political Department of the Navy, China Shipbuilding Industry Corporation and other units. It has established long-term cooperative relations with a number of famous enterprises such as Jiangnan Shipbuilding (Group) Co., Ltd. and Dalian shipbuilding industry group Co., Ltd., and established 36 graduate workstations with Jiangsu Haishi Machinery Group Co., Ltd. and Zhongchuan oasis Zhenjiang Ship Auxiliary Machinery Co., Ltd., so as to effectively improve the quality of graduate training.

培养掌握机械工程学科坚实的基础理论和系统的专业知识,着重培养本学科必备的科学素养和研究能力;了解本学科的技术现状和发展趋势,掌握解决工程实际问题的先进方法和技术手段;能够胜任现代机电系统的研究、设计、开发或管理等工作,具有良好的创新意识、国际视野及团队精神的复合型、应用型高层次工程技术人才。
Cultivate and master the solid basic theory and systematic professional knowledge of mechanical engineering, and focus on cultivating the necessary scientific literacy and research ability of this discipline. Understand the technical status and development trend of the discipline, and master the advanced methods and technical means to solve practical engineering problems. Compound and applied high-level engineering and technical talents who are competent for the research, design, development or management of modern electromechanical systems and have a good sense of innovation, international vision and team spirit.

High efficiency and precision machining process theory and method of marine diesel engine, quality control technology of key parts, intelligent manufacturing technology of marine engineering equipment, intelligent production line design technology, multi view measurement and detection data fusion technology and other research results have reached the international advanced level. |

4 | 功能表面设计与制备 (FunctionalSurface Design and Preparation)
| 主要开展功能表面的耦合仿生设计、跨尺度表面织构制备等方面的理论与方法研究。在船舶与海工装备表面的减阻、防雾、抑冰、防污、耐磨、抗压等特种功能研究方面特色鲜明,形成了减阻表面仿生设计理论与方法、耐磨表面微结构制备工艺与性能评价方法、微切削与微润滑加工工艺及装备等研究成果。 It mainly conducts theoretical and methodological research on coupled bionic design of functional surfaces and preparation of cross-scale surface textures. It has distinctive features in the research of special functions such as drag reduction, anti-fog, ice suppression, anti-fouling, wear resistance and compression resistance on the surface of ships and offshore equipment. It achieved research results of bionic design theory and method of drag reducing surface, preparation process and performance evaluation method of wear-resistant surface microstructure, micro cutting and micro lubrication processing technology and equipment. |

五、 学制与学分(Schooling and Credits)
1. 学制(School System)
学制两年,其中,课程学习时间一般为1年,学位论文形成时间一般为1年,在籍年限累计不超过3年(从入学至毕业),在校攻读时间最短不得少于1年。
The length of schooling is two years, in which the course learning duration is generally one year. The other year will be focused on research and dissertation written-up. The accumulated duration are not more than three years (from registration to graduation), and the minimum duration of study in the University is not less than one year.
2. 学分(Credits)
在校期间应修满30学分,其中学位课不少于21学分,非学位课不少于9学分。
The oversea postgraduate students are required to obtain 30 credits, including no less than 21 credits for degree classes, and no less than 9 credits for non-degree classes.

七、科研要求与学位论文(Scientific Research Requirements and Degree Dissertation)
1. 科研要求(Scientific Research Requirements)
硕士留学生应按导师要求参加学术活动,同时鼓励发表学术研究论文。
The oversea postgraduate students shall attend the research activities according to the supervisor’s requirements. At the same time, they are encouraged to publish peer-reviewed papers in relevant subjects.
2. 学位论文(Dissertation)
论文可以是学术研究/技术报告,也可以是工程设计或案例分析报告。学位论文可以用英文或中文撰写,相应的提供中文或者英文摘要。
The dissertation can be either academic research/technical report, or engineering design or case analysis report. The dissertation should be written in either English or Chinese. For the former, the abstract should be written in Chinese; while for the latter, the abstract should be written in English.
八、学位授予(Degree Award)
硕士留学生在申请论文答辩前应符合学分要求。论文答辩通过后授予硕士学位和毕业证书。
The oversea postgraduate students should meet the credit requirement before applying for the thesis defense. The Master’s degree and the postgraduation certificate shall be granted after the successful thesis defense.
