Dear All,
按照校历安排，2025年寒假时间为1月10日至2月16日,2月16日返校晚间考勤，2月17日正式上课。根据假期校园管理规定，请大家务必严格遵守以下事项：
According to the school calendar, 2025 winter vacation falls on January 10th till February 16th. Return check will be carried out on the evening of February 16th .The first school day starts from February 17th. According to the regulations on campus management during holidays, please strictly observe and abide by the following instructions.
1. 全体学生在按时、保质地完成线上线下学习任务和科研安排后，方可进入假期。
All students can enjoy the winter vacation only after the completion of the online & offline learning tasks, as well as research work with good quality on time.
2．境内留学生应在放假前向班主任登记假期流动计划，填写离校请假单，准确填写去向。如过程中发生地址变动，及时报备班主任新地址。
All inbound students are required to report the vacation travel plan beforehand to the head teachers, those who have applied for staying on campus during the vacation, please do remember to update your mobility during the vacation.
3．寒假留校学生，须服从学校管理，遵守规章制度，严禁留宿他人，不组织或参与密集聚会。如临时计划跨省市旅行，应提前向班主任报备。
Students that decide to stay on campus during winter vacation should obey the school management rules and regulations do not accommodate others, do not organize or participate in intensive gatherings. please do remember to update your cross-province mobility during the vacation.
4．请大家保持手卫生和良好的饮食、起居习惯，出门坚持佩戴口罩，适当加强体育锻炼。
Please maintain good hand hygiene, good eating and living habits, wear masks whenever you go out, and do regular physical exercise.
5．依规管理、使用本人的校园卡，配合门卫检查，严禁相互借用或盗用他人校园卡。
Keep and use your own campus card and stay in code according to the regulations, cooperate with the safe guard to check, and prohibit borrowing, lending or misappropriating campus cards.
6．切实注意防火、防电、防溺水、防失窃、防诈骗及道路交通安全等问题和隐患，严禁打架斗殴、非法集会、非法就业、非法经商、酗酒、扰民、夜不归宿等不良行为。学校将依规对违法违纪学生予以处分。
Pay attention to fire prevention, electricity use, drowning, theft, fraud, road traffic safety and other problems and hidden dangers. No fighting, illegal assembly, illegal employment, illegal business, excessive drinking, disturbing people, staying out all night or other bad behaviors. Those who commit the above violations,will see punishment accordingly.
7.温馨提醒，请不要轻易相信网络交友平台认识的“网友”，如果有人自称是学校领导或者你的亲朋好友，向你借钱，不要轻易相信，请务必提高警惕，仔细核实本人身份。在使用微信、支付宝等交易软件绑定银行卡时，请注意不要随意转发自己的验证码。请不要通过不明途径下载来源未经验证的APP，尤其是电子支付类或带有赌博性质的APP。
SOE would remind you that you shouldn't easily trust the netizens you know on the online dating platform. If someone claims to be a school leader or your relatives and friends and borrows money from you, don't believe him/her easily. Please be vigilant and carefully verify his/her identity. When using WeChat, Alipay and other trading software to bind bank cards, please don't forward your own verification code at will. Please don't download apps from unidentified sources, especially those with electronic payment or gambling nature.
8.寒假期间请畅通联络，相关事宜可咨询辅导员,并关注海外教育学院公众号、微信群发布的各类信息。
Please keep in touch during the winter vacation and contact the counselor about related matters.
Please follow SOE Wechat account and keep an eye on the notice update.
9.所有留在中国境内学生必须如实、实时向班主任报备地点变化情况。寒假期间不得从事非法打工活动。一经查实有违规、欺骗行为，将视情节轻重从重处罚。
In bound students should keep head teachers updated about any mobility. Illegal working is strictly prohibited, and violators will be dealt with accordingly.
10.请大家务必在春学期开学前1周内完成学费和住宿费的缴纳（含往年所欠费用），财务系统如果欠费，SOE将不予以注册，并按学籍管理规定给与自动退学等处理。
Please understand that tuition and accommodation payment (including outstanding fees from previous years) within one week before the start of the 2024-2025 spring semester. SOE shall not register those who are marked as unpaid, and those students will be considered as voluntary withdrawal according to the Admission notice and university management regulations.
